Stay Express Inn Chattanooga, TN

Nice for the price. I wish there would have been a coffee maker in the room but the coffee in the lobby was good. The room was not so bad. The people in the lobby were nice. I didn't have housekeeping so I can't comment on that. The location was okay. We went to the zoo and the aquarium and it was about a 10 mi n ute drive. Plenty of restaurants near. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Just stayed here for a couple weeks. It's by far the nicest rooms in the price range. You can expect fluffy pillows, clean rooms, and plenty of water pressure from the oversized shower heads. The outside could use cleaning here or there, and there is no breakfast available. The pool is not open, but overall it's a great value. You can often save 3 to 10 dollars by booking through Agoda. I never saw a bug, and Matt was attentive by asking if I needed anything when he saw me. Matt follows and enforces the rules or laws regarding the property, yet he extended courtesy and kindness to me in an unexpected way on check-out day which I really appreciated. Shannon is very pleasant, singing, humming, and smiling as she completes her front desk tasks. Thanks for a nice stay y'all.

As a lady who appreciates cheap prices and clean rooms I am very happy the best shower I've had awesome pressure!!I would definitely recommend this place

I don’t understand some of the low ratings. This is great for a two star hotel. Beds are extremely comfy, good coffee—community coffee brand. Everyone on staff is great, outside of the guy on third shift. He’s basically as rude as he can get away with to and being fired and he will intentionally misdirect about third party bookings. (Hope the owner sees this). He’s the only reason I took a a star off this rating. The few hiccups with my room were corrected with a can do, will do, attitude by other staff. Literally entire staff outside of this guy is great.

This is one of my spots I usually disappear to! My rooms are always clean, despite the reviews from others. No beg bugs, no cockroaches, clean shower & toilet. Linen on the beds were cleaned in both rooms I rented during my stay.

for a two bed room it was comfortable and pleasing. The shower was nice, ac, but no breakfast or laundry. From here you can see lookout mountain. The actual mountains were a 30 min drive. Theres food joints within walking distance and we went.

I just “ love” when people pick the cheapest hotel in the area and then find all kind of reasons to not like it. Our room was very nice, very clean with huge TV and plenty of clean towels . It was very quite despite standing right to the busy road. Our room didn’t have concrete floors as mentioned in reviews . It was covered by manufactured wood and looked very nice. Bathroom was very clean with nice hot shower. Mattresses were foam and I personally love them That’s all we needed for overnight stay and continued with our trip . Of course we heard people conversing while passing by our room but the fact is we live in a world full of people. We saw lots of families with kids staying here .

No complaints other than door was hard to open and shut. Beds are really comfortable and the shower had great water pressure + super hot water. TV/wifi hardly worked but we were only in the room to sleep so that wasn’t a big deal. No sign of roaches like other reviews have stated in the past. Overall very clean and the best bang for your buck!
